Relationships develop on the Camino. Sometimes they last for the duration, sometimes for only a few hours. In my book I write, “People come and go in our lives and it is always a pleasure to see them further down the Camino, with hugs and kisses, and then leave in the morning without goodbyes, never knowing if we will see them again.”
These three women bonded together, laughing and having a good time. They choreographed and performed a dance they on a huge sundial at the base of Cruz de Ferro. The dance and song detailed the pilgrim’s daily ritual: rising, walking, painful feet, beg bug bites, washing and hanging clothes, and then sleeping. Their performance made all the onlookers laugh. I hope you will enjoy it.
